Police dog bites wrong man in St. Paul

St. Paul, MN - Authorities said that when a police officer, Isaac Rinehart, faced a chaotic scene, his dog slipped away and bit a man at about midnight Wednesday, January 9. The man was neither suspect nor victim of the initial crime report.
